Services Available:

• Leasing assistance from 3-24 months may be available.
• Housing assistance for up to 2 years may be available.
• Permanent housing assistance may be available.
• Transitional housing may be available.
• Support including help finding housing, employment, transportation and other assistance.
• All programs are subject to eligibility and availability.
