Teen Parent Support

Services Available:

• Free program for teen parents of children 0-6
• Great Parents/Great Start Parents as Teachers Home Visiting Program supports teen parents by:
  • Providing weekly, bi-weekly or monthly home visits to teen parents
  • Helping teen parents to understand their child's development
  • Helping to build strong parent/child relationships
  • Offering learning opportunities for parent and child
  • Holding group meetings with other teen parents
  • Providing ongoing health and development tracking
  • Connecting parents with other sources of support within the community

Eligibility:

• Teen parent (under 21)
• Child must be from 0-6
