Mid Michigan Community Action employs over 100 dedicated staff. Our staff is how we do what we do. We have a talented and diverse group which gives us the ability to serve our customers in a variety of different ways.

Outreach Services
Director: Sharon Wainman

Food Commodities Manager: Sharla Mitchell

Outreach Services staff are on the front lines of the fight against poverty. They are based in the outreach offices in all six of our counties and work directly with our customers to make sure they get the help that they need. They also foster relationships with our communities and organize the agency's annual Walk for Warmth.

Early Childhood Services

Our Early Childhood Staff is comprised of highly qualified, state certified preschool teachers, early-childhood specialists, and other skilled staff who have dedicated their careers to serving children.

Housing Services
Director: Jeff Haines
Assistant Director: Mike Brennan

Housing Services staff coordinate our home energy improvement and home rehabilitation programs as well as provide education and homebuyer assistance. The accumulated experience within the housing department is an invaluable asset to the services we provide.
