Great Parents/Great Start Parents as Teachers Home Visiting Program supports teen parents by:

Providing weekly, bi-weekly or monthly home visits to teen parents

Helping teen parents to understand their child's development

Helping to build strong parent/child relationships

Offering learning opportunities for parent and child

Holding group meetings with other teen parents

Providing ongoing health and development tracking

Connecting parents with other sources of support within the community
