Home Visiting Program
Serving families with children age 0-5

A Home Visiting Program serving families with children age 0-5 is being offered in the Beaverton, Clare, Evert, Farwell and Morley/Stanwood school districts. A teen parent program is offered in Harrison and Gladwin. The Home Visiting Program is designed to provide weekly, bi-weekly or monthly visits to families. Informaition will be provided to help parents understand appropriate expectations for their child's development using activities and handouts, promote for their child's development using activities and handouts, promote strong parent-child relationships and encourage learning opportunities.

Families will be offered the opportunity to participate in group meetings that will focus on a variety of topics and an opportunity to interact with other parents and children. Other services available to families will include developmental screenings, a connection to community resources, community events and a quality preshool program.
