Paid Time Off

Available to Full-Time and Regular Part-Time employees:
  • Paid Vacation Time: Recharge and rest with accrued vacation time
  • Paid Sick Time: Take care of your health or that of a family member
  • Paid Holidays: Enjoy agency-recognized holidays off
  • Paid Bereavement Leave: Time to grieve and be with loved ones
  • Paid Jury Duty Leave: Support for civic responsibilities

401(k) Retirement Contributions

Employees may begin contributing to their 401(k) account when they start if they choose.

After one year of employment and at least 1,000 hours worked, the agency contributes 4% of the employee’s annual gross earnings.

​After five years, the employer contribution increases to 8%.

Health and Wellness Coverage

For Full-Time Employees:
  • Medical insurance with Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) options
  • Life Insurance and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) coverage

For Full-Time and Regular Part-Time Employees:
  • Vision and Dental insurance plans
  • Option to purchase additional:
    • Term Life Insurance
    • AD&D Insurance
    • Short-Term Disability Insurance
    • Long-Term Disability Insurance
  • Access to a Dependent Care FSA for qualifying child/dependent care expenses

For Regular Part-Time Employees:
  • May also contribute to a Flex Account for healthcare expenses

Tuition Reimbursement

Available to both Full-Time and Part-Time employees after one year of employment and can cover tuition and required textbooks.

Eligible for courses that support professional development in an employee’s current or future role with the agency.

Friday from 8 AM-4 PM
