Terry, Facilities Manager, celebrates his 15 year anniversary

Congratulations to Terry, our Facilities Manager, for 15 years with Mid Michigan Community Action!

We were able to catch up with Terry to talk a little bit about what he likes best about his job, and this is what he had to say:

"I love my job because you never know what you will be doing from one day to the next. Each day is full of surprises!"

As Facilities Manager, Terry provides a comfortable, safe, and efficient workplace for Agency employees and their guests. "The Agency employees are our customers and we aim for customer satisfaction!" said Terry.

Today we'd like to congratulate Eva, our Outreach Director, on her 5 year anniversary with Mid Michigan Community Action!

We were able to catch up with her to discuss what she likes about working at the agency:

"I didn’t expect to be working primarily from home right now, but I am so proud to work for an

organization that has taken the health of our community seriously. We have worked since March to diligently protect the health of our clients, staff, and partners."

We were able to speak with Jan about her favorite part of working at the agency, and this is what she had to say:

"There are two reasons I love working at Mid Michigan Community Action. The first is that the agency as a whole does so

much good for those in our communities who are in need. Most people don’t know the expanse of our services until they are in need. The second thing I love about working here is my co-workers. Everyone is so selfless and truly has a sense of working together for the greater good of the families, individuals, and children that we work with."

Congratulations to Torena for 10 years with Mid Michigan Community Action!

Torena is an Associate Teacher in one of our Gladwin classrooms.

We caught up with Torena to talk about her favorite part of working at the Agency, and she told us, "I love teaching for MMCAA because every day I am given the opportunity to have a positive and

uplifting impact on the lives of children and their families. By providing a positive experience in preschool, I get to pave the way and change the outcomes in each child's educational career!"
