Media and Advertising Inquiries

For questions about media coverage, advertising, or marketing collaborations, please email our Communication Manager, Coralie, at [email protected].

We welcome inquiries from journalists, community partners, and organizations interested in collaborative outreach. We can assist with:
  • Coordinating interviews with staff or leadership
  • Providing background information or quotes about our programs
  • Supplying images, logos, or approved messaging when appropriate
  • Sharing promotional content through our communication channels (as capacity allows)

Please include the following in your message (if applicable):
  • Your name, organization, and contact information
  • The nature of your request (interview, promotional collaboration, article, etc.)
  • Any deadlines or timelines
  • Specific programs or events you’re interested in

Event Media Kits

We offer media kits for our community events. You can find the most up-to-date materials on our Events page. If you're covering an event or need additional resources, feel free to reach out.

Use of Our Materials

We’re glad you’re interested in sharing our work! To help ensure accurate and respectful representation of Mid Michigan Community Action, please review the following guidelines:

  • Attribution
Please refer to our organization as Mid Michigan Community Action. We avoid abbreviations like “MMCAA” in general use.

In formal settings (like press releases or grant applications), use our full name: Mid Michigan Community Action Agency. In those cases, Mid Michigan CAA is acceptable for second reference.

Not sure which version to use? Reach out to [email protected] for clarification.
  • Logos and Brand Materials
Our logo and brand assets are not publicly available for download. If you're collaborating with us, your staff contact can provide the appropriate materials.

  • Quoting and Reposting
You’re welcome to quote short excerpts with proper attribution. If you’d like to reuse or repost an entire article, story, or newsletter, please email us first at [email protected].

  • Photos and Videos
Many of the images on our site feature customers or community members and may only be used with written permission. Do not reuse program or event photos without approval.

  • Still Have Questions?
We're happy to help. For clarification or requests, email Coralie at [email protected].
