Talk about the strain from COVID with trained counselors who are available for free at 888-535-6136 and press 8, or visit Michigan's Stay Well page. You can also contact the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline or use the online Lifeline Crisis Chat. Both are free and confidential.

Little Puddins has created a short coronavirus picture book story that you can download.
Kim St. Lawrence created a video story aimed at young children called "Time to Come In, Bear: A Children's Story About Social Distancing."
