​Throughout the year we host events including neighborhood meetings, baby showers, open houses, and more!
  • 6/18/25 Midland Community Playgroup
Kick off summer with crafts, games, and outdoor fun at Thrune Park! Families can enjoy hands-on activities, take-home projects, and a light dinner while connecting with our Early Head Start staff.

  • 6/20/25 Mom-to-Mom Meet Up in Midland
Whether you're expecting, adjusting to life with a newborn, or chasing toddlers, parenting can be overwhelming—and wonderful. You don't have to do it alone!

Join us for a casual meet-up with other moms and maternal caregivers of young children for conversation, connection, support, and resources. Children are welcome, and we’ll be sharing tips and ideas that help you feel more confident and supported on your parenting journey.

Enjoy a story walk before or after visiting the local Farmers Market! Families can stroll along the path, explore interactive reading stations, and spend quality time together outdoors. It’s a great way to build early literacy while connecting with the community.
