Join us for events across our service area! We host and co-host events throughout the year to help families and community members connect with resources, enjoy activities, and meet our staff.

Join us for Books and Bubbles, a recurring outdoor event for young children and their families! We’ll start with a cozy read-aloud story followed by bubble play where little ones can laugh, move, and explore. It’s a simple, joyful way to build early literacy skills while enjoying time outside together. 

  • Dates: September 8 & 22 • October 13
  • Location: Clare City Park
  • Time: 11 AM-12 PM

Families are welcome to come as often as they’d like, whether that’s once or every time!

Join us for Puzzles in the Park, a fun and creative outdoor activity for young children and their families! Children will have the chance to explore wooden puzzles and then create their own using cardboard, markers, colored pencils, and crayons.

​This hands-on activity helps build problem-solving skills, creativity, and fine motor skills, all while enjoying time together outside.

  • Dates: September 10 & 24 • October 8 & 22

Have questions about falling behind on your mortgage or preventing foreclosure? Come ask a Housing Counselor!

Join Charlotte, one of our HUD-Certified Housing Counselors, for a free workshop about foreclosure prevention. She’ll share information about steps you can take, options that may be available, and how housing counseling can help you understand what to do next.

There will be time to ask general questions and find out how to connect with a Housing Counselor for individual help.
