Health Insurance

Full time employees are eligible for medical insurance Health Savings Account (HSA) plans. Full time employees also receive Life Insurance and Accidental Death & Dismemberment (AD&D) policies. 

Both Full and Regular Part time employees are eligible for Vision and Dental plans. Both are also eligible to purchase supplemental Term Life Insurance, additional AD&D, Short Term Disability Insurance, Long Term Disability Insurance, and contribute to a Dependent Care Account.

Regular Part time employees may make contributions into a Flex Account for medical expenses.

Paid Time Off

Full time and Regular Part time employees receive:
  • Paid Vacation Time
  • Paid Sick Time
  • Paid Holiday Time
  • Paid Bereavement Time
  • ​Paid Jury Duty Time

Employer 401(k) Contributions

Employees may begin contributing to their 401(k) account when they start if they choose.
​After one year and at least 1000 hours worked within that year, the Agency will begin contributing 4% of the employee's annual gross earnings and will increase to 8% after 5 years of employment.

Tuition Reimbursement

Both full and part time employees are eligible for our tuition reimbursement program after one year of employment with the agency. Reimbursement can cover both tuition and books and is available for courses relevant to employees' positions.
