"I feel more confident as a parent"

Since joining the Early Head Start (EHS) program "I feel empowered by Linda and the information that she provides me with. She has always told me that I am my child’s first teacher, and I truly feel that since working with the program.

"My child is so excited to see Miss Linda through Zoom and in-person and loves to watch activities that she shows examples of and listen to books that she reads. The videos on SeeSaw have been helpful to bring new ideas for my child.

"Linda does not just teach my child, she provides me with the tools and teaches me how to practice skills throughout the week. Since joining EHS program, my child has improved significantly with his vocabulary and his speech is becoming easier to understand.

"I feel more confident as a parent since joining the EHS program."

—Kristine, Early Head Start parent
