Michigan Community Action conducts the Leadership Development Institute each year to hone the leadership skills of staff in the Community Action Network.
Graduates of the program are trained in management, communication, human resources, strategic planning, advocacy, and leadership.
We are immensely proud of the accomplishments of our graduates during the program, and we are eager to see how they bring all they learned to our agency!

We were able to catch up with Brinn about what she likes best about working at the agency, and this is what she had to say:
"The team feel! My Early Head Start team has a genuine respect and liking for each other. Every person I have interacted with in the agency has been pleasant."
Brinn is our Early Head Start Program Coordinator. She is responsible for ensuring the Early Head Start Program is reaching goals and following regulations. She also works to support and encourage staff to be the best they can be for our families.
